What is a mud you ask?
Well I cant remember what it stands for the life of me :) I'll just try and explain.
Its a text based fantasy game with familiar RPG links such as leveling, equipment hunting, quests and character building.
You explore a vast world filled with monsters, demons and dragons and people both good and evil.
You play online with other people and accomplish what you want out of the game whether its joining a faction or becoming the best hunter, achieving great deeds or even becoming a shopkeeper!
The best feature of muds in my personal opinion is that they allow blind users to play games via a screen reader so if you do have a blind friend, advise them to check one with support out some time.
There are lots of muds out there but the one I play has friendly community, is blind supportive and is simple and easy to play.
