My name is Steve. Im now 48 years old but still pass for 35 (theres that vanity again). 5 years ago I married Julie, the woman Ive been with since 1989. I dont have any children but since she has 4,now grown up, Im a Grandad without being a Dad which is kind of weird.

I live in the North West of England and I support my local football team. I love travel and experiencing new things, which often go hand in hand.
I ran an alternative clothing shop for 15 years after getting a management degree. Then I got a masters degree and a teaching qualification and did some teaching and lecturing in Business studies and French for a while. Now Im an educational consultant which leaves me enough free time to play World of Warcraft and D&D as well as fritter on things like this blog.
